Shop drawings are very important in the realization of a project. High quality shop drawing allows all the processes from the first design to the installation of the product to go off smoothly and without any problems. They help the dialogue between all the parties involved in this process. The architect (or designer) receives clear and exact drawings with solved details. The general contractor receives full information for the used materials and technologies. The executor – all the information he needs for the manufacture. The worker – clear instruction for his work.

Working for more than 10 years in Bulgaria and abroad in the field of making shop drawings, we know very well materials from the different industries, technologies for their treatment and installation, as well as their interaction. This helps us to solve details of any kind.

As we develop the project from the beginning to the end, we can provide support at all the stages of the production process. It starts with preliminary documentation, needed for the manufacturer to offer the specific job. Continues with specific solutions for the entire project and developing of all needed drawings (vertical and horizontal sections, elevations and facades, mounting plans for the different elements), solving all needed and unique details for the project. At the end we get to the drafting of all cut tickets (production sets) needed for the manufacturing.

We aim to give a maximum information in our drawings, they are extreamly detailed and clear, and in the same time easy to read. All the documentatоin is finalized, set in order and with clear and logical links between different drawings.

In the drafting process we have integrated quality control method, in which check-up on different stages helps us find and eleminate possible mistakes in the earliest stage. We also use the ATHENA software, which automates most of the development, and removes the human mistake factor. All of this gives our clients additional insurance for losses in their manufacture.
